1. What does this site store?

The site has no user accounts or sign-up. The history form is filled in inside your own browser, and its content is not saved on this site’s server.

2. Sending documents and messages

You use the send buttons to send text and documents through Telegram, Eitaa, Rubika or Bale. From that moment the information is also subject to that messenger’s own privacy policy. The clinic receives only what you sent. Check your documents before sending and send only what is needed.

3. Voice recording and dictation

A voice note is recorded on your own device and you send it yourself. “Dictation” is processed by your browser or your device’s speech service (for example Google or Apple). If you prefer not to use it, type your text instead.

4. Cookies and statistics

The site uses only essential technical cookies, such as remembering your language. At present no advertising or visitor-tracking tools are active; if a statistics tool is added later, it will be announced here. The hosting server may keep technical information such as IP address and visit time in its logs for security.

5. Online payment

When payment is available, it takes place on the bank’s secure page. This site never sees or stores your card number, PIN or CVV2.

6. Use and confidentiality

Medical information you send to the clinic is used only for your medical assessment and follow-up, and is not shared with anyone else without your consent or a legal obligation.

7. Your rights

Through the Contact page you can ask for messages and documents you sent to be removed from the clinic’s chats, except what the law requires to stay in the medical record.

8. Patients under 18

Information about a patient under 18 should be sent by a parent or legal guardian.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with the date above.
