3. Appointments

You can book by phone or through the booking platforms listed on the site (Paziresh24, Doctoreto, DrNext.ir and Nobat.ir). Working days and hours may change. If you cannot attend, please tell us as early as possible, preferably 24 hours ahead, so the slot can go to another patient.

4. Sending documents and messages

You send your history and documents yourself through the messenger you choose (Telegram, Eitaa, Rubika or Bale). Sending a message alone does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and an immediate reply is not guaranteed. A reply may recommend an in-person visit or further tests and imaging. The accuracy and legibility of what you send is the sender’s responsibility.

5. Fees, payment and refunds

Visit fees follow the clinic’s tariff and are shown at the visit or, when online payment is available, on the same page before you pay. Online payment goes through a bank payment gateway; your card details are not shown or stored on this website. If an appointment is cancelled by the clinic, or money is deducted without the service being registered, the amount paid is refunded.

6. Content ownership

Texts, images and designs on this site belong to Dr. Hamid Reza Alborz. Copying without permission is not allowed. Linking to pages of the site is welcome.

7. Links to other sites

Other websites and messengers (such as Paziresh24 or Telegram) are responsible for their own content and policies.
